Coaching helped me recover my health and re-find my zest for life. Now I help others who are ready to improve their quality of life by taking a journey from hope to belief and action, to create the health, energy and vitality they want.
I believe that after a period of challenge or adversity, we can experience a range of psychological effects, including the possibility for positive changes, such as increased resilience and greater creativity to work through tricky situations. I support my clients to identify and reach their health objectives by creating a space that cultivates safety, self-compassion and curiosity.

There are many approaches that can help you return to an active lifestyle. With coaching support, you have an ally to help you set realistic goals that you can achieve and build on step-by-step, so both your 'baseline' and confidence continue to grow.

If you've experienced, or are on the cusp of burnout from work or another aspect of life, it is imperative to slow down and take stock to reflect on your priorities.
