Choose the coaching package below that meets your needs, or we can agree a personalised plan. Either way, we'll agree a holistic programme, with each session tailored to you and your objectives, including a range of resources and optional accountability support in-between sessions.

Nurture & Restore: 12 sessions

A gentle 6-month programme for those with fatigue or persistent conditions to re-build self-belief in your capacity for health, including the foundations for energy creation such as safety, mindset, nutrition, rest, movement, routines, pacing, and most of all joy!

Reflect & Renew: 8 sessions

If you're experiencing burnout or considering different options for your future, this programme offers you a space to re-connect with your core values, strengths and vision for a life with purpose, joy, vitality, and longevity.

It takes at least six weeks to form a habit and up to nine months to embed them. This weekly programme gives you a framework to identify and succeed in creating positive habits the area of your life that is calling out for change.

Follow-up sessions and Quarterly check-ins

Many health & wellbeing goals take many months to realise. Perhaps you are building back your energy and re-creating your life following a period of prolonged fatigue. Or maybe you want your new habits to become your new lifestyle. Did you know it can take up to nine months to firmly establish a new lifestyle habit? When you're seeking long term change, ongoing support, or periodic check-ins can offer the support and accountability to keep you on track. I can offer follow-on packages to build on your existing progress, or quarterly check-ins to ensure maintenance (e.g. of weight or new habits), which act as an incentive to keep up your healthy habits for life.

Personalised programmes

If you have a specific health & wellness goal, I can create a tailored package to support you. For example, if your goal is around exercise, weight loss, or replacing a 'sticky' habit, with something that servers you now, it is often beneficial to meet weekly, to help keep up your momentum, support in addressing barriers and keeping you accountable.
